All insurances are welcome but currently, we are not contracted with Harvard Pilgrim, Health New England, or Medicaid (as a primary, Medicaid as a secondary insurance is acceptable).
Our business office will collect your insurance information from your physician’s office. When you arrive at the Center we will ask for your insurance card to verify the correct insurance and make clearer copies of your card. Standard charges have been established for all procedures performed at the Center. Your financial responsibility at time of service will be any deductible and/or co-insurance. You will be balance billed for any services and/or charges not covered by your insurance plan. As a courtesy, we bill your insurance. Not included are fees for your physician and anesthesia services, laboratory fees, pathology, or other tests which may be ordered by your physician. Those fees are submitted and billed separately.
Charges for cases not fully covered by insurance must be paid in full at the time of service. The Center will assist you in filing insurance claims. We accept personal checks and most major credit cards.

Pioneer Valley Surgicenter has met State and Federal licensing standards to qualify for Medicare certification. Our Center is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care and is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
